What materials do you use?

At Enamore Jewels, we strive for quality so all our pieces are handmade with fine (999) silver and sterling (925) silver. Our gemstones are all-natural, which means we do not use lab-grown gemstones.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Enamore Jewels' jewelry is hypoallergenic, water-proof, and tarnish-resistant. This means our jewelry will never make your skin green or irritated, and you can wear it in water. Due to the nature of silver, oxidation might occur with wear and exposure to chemicals. Avoid harsh chemicals such as perfumes and cleaning products to avoid oxidation. If oxidation occurs, use water and soap to gently scrub your piece until it's silver again. To polish it, simply purchase a silver cleaning solution or cloth to make it as good as new.

How long does shipping take?

Due to the nature of our hand-made, made-to-order pieces, allow 1-3 weeks of processing time. DM us (see below) if you have a strict delivery deadline. All pieces will be shipped with a tracking number provided after purchase. Please ensure your mailing address is correct, once the order is shipped we cannot change it. Enamore Jewels is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged package(s). In the rare occurrence that this happens, customers can file claims through the USPS website.

What is our shop policy?

Because of the nature of hand-made items, please allow for slight variations in shape. This makes each piece unique and one of a kind. Since all of our pieces are made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and Enamore Jewels is not responsible for pieces after they have been shipped out. Sizing adjustments are possible, reach out to us (see below) for more information. We offer free repairs if a piece has manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects do not include bent or broken pieces due to a fall, oxidation of metals, cracked, lost, and broken stones, or damaged chains.
